Videography Services Agreement
This Agreement is made on this ___ day of _____, 20, by and between:

Scope of Work
Videographer agrees to perform videography services, including:
1. Filming a 30-second commercial video at (location):_______________________________.
2. Editing the video, adding voiceovers, and including 1-2 actors as required.
3. Travel to and from the filming location.
Project Details
Date and Time of Filming: To be scheduled on a Sunday to avoid disruption of Client's business hours.
Duration: Approximately 2-3 hours for setup and shoot time.
Payment Terms
Total fee for services: $600. (ASK ABOUT ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS)
First-time client discount (local area): Only $300 .
Payment due upon signing this agreement in the form of money order or cashier’s check payable to CEO/ Company.
Terms and Conditions
1. This agreement covers video production services only.
2. Videographer will deliver the completed video within 7 business days following the shoot.
3. Client is responsible for providing access to the location and approving final deliverables.
4. Any additional services, including identifying or using platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, cable stations) for distribution, will incur extra fees and may require a separate contract with a professional media marketer.
Checklist of Services Provided
[ ] Filming completed at agreed location.
[ ] Editing completed and approved by Client.
[ ] Voiceover included.
[ ] Actors included as necessary.
Addendum
For services outside the scope of this contract, such as video distribution or advanced marketing strategies, Videographer may assist in finding professional media marketers who can provide reasonable services. These services will be contracted separately.
